Went for a bike ride today... emptied my tank for a total of 154.2 miles on 3.32 gallons of gas. Not to shabby. I was out and about for about three hours or so... took a drive up Little Cottonwood then up Big Cottonwood Canyons. All in all, it was a nice ride... was much needed. However, my ass is a bit sore, the seat on my CBR isn't very comfy.
I however did manage to take a few pictures with my iPhone, show check them out... they're in my photo section. Next time I should really include the bike in some of them... thinking it'd pull the whole thing together better...

Well, I've been drooling over motorcycles since I sold my CBR600F3 back in 2002 (or was it 2003?). Which was before I got married, used the money to buy my wifes engagement ring. Anyway, she's been saying she would let me get another one and well, it was either the motorcycle or a new (to me) car. I went with the motorcycle. Overall it would be cheaper than the cars I was looking at, and I don't really "dislike" my civic. I still wish I would have bought the Si... but I like it none the less. The suspension mods I've done to it make it handle real well I think and I'd hate to have to do that all over again on another car.
Anyway, back to the subject of my post. My 2006 Honda - Tribal Orange - CBR600RR! I drove it home from Tooele yesterday and was a nice ride. Its going to take some getting used to riding again. As well as this bike handles a bit different than my old F3. I borrowed a helmet from my wifes uncle to ride it home with. And my "Pure Orange" helmet was shipped yesterday. I can't wait till it gets here! I will have pics as soon as I can find a good place to take some of it.
