Lewis Black is actually comming to Salt Lake City later this month and I absolutely have to go. Elissa wanted to as well so I got tickets and I’m excited. If you’re “language” tollerant then it should be a good show.
I’m not sure what it is over the last couple months… but lately I don’t really feel into my job. Not sure if its a result of them constantly ignoring what I say or what… All I know is that I normally would have been able to digest something I really wanted to learn, but I find myself unable to concentrate on django, and well anything else I want to learn.
I’m not really sure if its because of work or school… and to be honest… either could be doing it. As I feel that both are ridiculous and neither really feel like they would reward creativity.
Why is it that school (especially IT related) is worthless? Yet everyone requires it? If theres one thing I’m going to learn about me attending school… is that I will not make it a requirement for the people I hire to attend. As just showing an aptitude for learning on your own is self sufficient in my mind.

My Wife and I went to Las Vegas this last weekend… and It was an awesome break. We did alot in our two day trip. We stayed in the Rio, because we had tickets for Penn & Teller. On saturday we ran around seeing the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay, and Bodies at the Tropicana, as well as my Roller Coaster at New York New York. Over all it was a fun trip, and a much needed break from the every day.
I can tell you I’m overjoyed at the news of this. It happened while I was getting my surgery and I can tell you its great news to my ears…. And If you disagree with me, you really should listen to the words he uses to the reasons hes dropping out. He says that if you vote for the Democrats your a terrorist… Jon Stewart explains exactly how I’m feeling…
I’m also glad Jon pointed out exactly how hypocritical Romney is, with this Religion thing. Our country was founded on the principals of religious freedom, because the founders disliked how the countries they were leaving were run by religion. They wanted to worship who and what they pleased. He also said to extended our freedoms, yet at the same time said he wanted to legislate to protect marriage, which would actually decrease freedom as it would be the first thing in our constitution forbidding something… Its beyond me how people can’t see the problems with all of this… I’m not saying you have to like it, I’m just saying *YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT* to forbid these actions and then maintain your own religious guilt trips.
I never mentioned it before on here… however, I had surgery on Thursday… to have a tumor removed from my neck. Its been an interesting ride…. After the 911 call yesterday evening, its been interesting.. All is well however. Been getting caught up on my TV shows, and working on creating some MP3 mix cds to listen to in my car. Should be an interesting weekend.
wow… 14 days into the year and this is my first post… starting the year out like i treated all last year… Anyway… lots going on currently… I have school and I’m contemplating weather I’m going to transfer to a new school now or wait until after I graduate with my Associates…
I’m also thinking about a new car again… and I’m back and forth (as you can probably see from previous posts) over which car I want… The only things that have remained true are that I’m favouring cars with all wheel drive and a turbo is always cool… So.. this leads me to what I’m currently thinking… I’m thinking I can currently afford a Subaru Impreza WRX STi. So… we’ll see.. probably won’t get any prior notification about me buying it, as it’ll probably be like when I bought my bike… however… me buying an STi… will probably also result in me selling the bike 
as much as I love it… I find I just don’t have the kind of time to ride it like I did when I was single… Also with my work schedule I hate sitting in traffic on it… it just seems like a waste to have it cooped up in traffic.
Also… probably going to happen before the STi, is getting some yard work done on the new house… including fixing my flooding basement problems… and getting the backyard with grass and such. So work can begin on the basement and upstairs… fun stuff…

This past week was my birthday and for my present, I got a new hard drive for my laptop. Its a 160GB Western Digital I bought from newegg to replace my now full 80GB drive. So I’ve been copying over data off and on all day today from my old drive. The plan eventually is to place my 80GB drive into my PS3, and then I’ll use the 60GB PS3 drive in this drive cage I got at a deal with the hard drive. On my birthday I went go go-cart racing with my brothers. Which was also quite fun, I enjoyed it a lot.
I watch a lot of documentaries, and read new and such all the time… and the more I do… the more depressed I get. Truth be told, I don’t like religion for much the same reasons as it depresses me. No matter how hard I work at life, no matter how successful I become, it just seems that the man is holding me back. Health Insurance costs are rising 2 to 3 times the rate of inflation (which is also rising faster now than any other time in history), we have a war that seems to be never ending and the popular presidential candidates on both the republican and democratic sides don’t seem to care about stopping it(I’m for Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich, which I know they’re polar opposites in every way, except they both want to reverse this war we are in, and I believe we could use anyone who would actually follow the constitution).
Anyway, I was just writing this down, because its what I’m feeling at the moment… More later…
