Ya know, I'm glad I've got the current class I do... I would have never known the exciting world of tech support that all of IT revolves around it would seem. How I ever was unfortunate enough to miss this exciting field of study I will never know, but at least now I get to hear about all the good and bad times to be had doing Tech Support....

I should really fix my categories... and add a sarcasm tag...
